Fees
Fees
The fee to register with the Scouting America is $86 / year ($93.73 after fees). These fees go towards insurance costs, safety training, and access to Scouting America camps and facilities.
Our Cub Scout Pack has its own fee of $155/year. This fee covers:

Summer Day Camp
Pinewood (or Lego) Derby
Blue & Gold Social
Den Supplies (small activities)
Facility Rentals
Adult registration costs $66. (All fees go to the Scouting America, not to our pack.)
Uniform
Uniform
You will need to pay for your son's uniform, Cubscout Handbook, etc. Used uniforms are plentiful right now. Check with neighbors, yard sales, and thrift stores.
Campouts

We try to schedule a Scout Family Campout every spring that includes the Cub Scouts in Pack 20, the Boy Scouts in Troop 20, and the Venturing Scouts in Crew 20, and all of their families.
Fundraising

There are fundraising opportunities, so the Scouts can earn their own money to pay for their own Pack Dues and activities.
Parent Involvement
Parent Involvement
At least one parent from each family is required to register with the Scouting America and serve in a position on the Pack Committee, which could be anything from Den Leader to helping with an event/program (i.e. Pinewood/LEGO Derby, Blue & Gold Dinner, Cub Day Camp, fundraiser, etc.).
Adult registration costs $66/parent. (These fees go strait to the Scouting America. Nothing goes to the Cub Scout Pack.)
